Cancel Your Order

Tap on the order number to see your order details. Then look for the Cancel button next to the item you’d like to cancel. You can cancel items as long as we haven’t started the shipping process. This is usually within 30 minutes of placing your order.

Promotions and Canceled Order

If canceling an item means your order is no longer eligible for a promotion or a quantity discount, your order total will be recalculated and credit card charges may apply.

However, if an item from your order is canceled by us for any reason and you have already received your promotional or discounted item, the promotion or discount will remain in effect.

Credit Card Authorization

When you place an online order, we authorize your credit card to make sure sufficient credit is available. A hold is placed on funds equal to your order total until the order is fulfilled.

If you cancel an order, the time required to remove the authorization is determined by the financial institution that issued your card. You can reach out to your financial institution for more information.

Authorization Process

An authorization hold will be placed on your credit or debit card when you place an order. An initial authorization is done at time of purchase and is removed and releases the authorization after a few days. EDeleita will then re-authorize that amount 5 days prior to release date. Your account will not actually be billed until your order is shipped.

If there’s a problem authorizing your credit or debit card, you will be brought to the payment falure page with the reason so you can contact the card issuer.
